2. Processing of personal data

We process personal data only to the extent necessary for handling enquiries, preparing offers, executing contracts and planning and implementing our professional programmes. This may include name, organisation, business contact details, information about the delegation and programme-specific information.

3. Contact and request form

If you contact us via the request form or by e-mail, we use your details to process your enquiry and to prepare a possible contractual relationship. Processing is based on the relevant provisions of the GDPR, in particular Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. In addition to e-mail delivery, form entries are stored in our editorial system so that enquiries can be processed reliably.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Where necessary for a requested or agreed programme, necessary contact details may be passed on to participating institutions, experts, interpreters or other service providers involved. Any further disclosure takes place only with consent or on the basis of a legal obligation.

5. Storage period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, data subjects have in particular the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and – where the conditions are met – objection to processing. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

7. Hosting, cookies and technical services

This website is hosted on servers in Germany (data centre in Nuremberg). When you visit, technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page accessed, browser) is processed in server logs and deleted after a short period. The website does not set cookies requiring consent and does not embed third-party services; fonts are served locally. Should audience measurement be introduced in the future, it will be carried out without cookies and with shortened IP addresses; this policy will then be updated accordingly.
